Here are a few reasons why we are so unique.

We enjoy sharing our home with guests, you are guaranteed a genuine Irish Welcome - Ceád Mile Failté.

No passing traffic as we are at the end of a cul-de-sac, which opens onto Lough Ree and lovely countryside

Night Sky

Stunning clarity of the stars with no glow from artificial lights - see the heavens.

Spectacular sunsets over the lake at the front of the house, with Red, Orange and Purple depending upon the weather and season.

The River Inny joins the majestic Lough Ree - with Coarse and Game fishing available on your doorstep.

This is a working farm and has livestock including Hens, Ducks, Sheep and Cows

From Pitch and Putt at Ballymore to Championship courses at Glasson and Mullingar we have it all locally.

From Raptors to Passerines we have a huge local variety. A pair of Hen Harriers are often seen patrolling the reed margins, and Kingfishers are seen flashing by on the River Inny.

Exceptional scenery for walking. The direction, distance and pace are yours to decide.
Traditional Pub

Just up the road is Murray's Pub. Over 300 years old and very traditional. Enjoy a great pint of Guinness with Live music every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.

With an open Turf Fire we have all of the traditional Irish comforts.

Kilbeggan offers Horse Racing, Mullingar has a Greyhound stadium and Ballymahon has the betting shops, all close by.
Boat Hire

We hire out boats for exploring Lough Ree, which is 17 Miles long and 6 Miles wide with large islands and local history, perfect for fishing or picnics.
